How to create an invoice
To create an invoice on PayoutPartner.com, click on Create and choose One invoice.
Add your info under From, if it's not already filled out.
Add you client's info under To. You can search for an already saved client, or click on Add a new client.
Fill out Invoice info: Invoice date, due date, order reference and buyer reference. Click on Click to edit.
Then you can add invoice lines by searching for a saved service, or add a new one.
If you're invoicing for multiple jobs, add a new service by clicking Add a new invoice line.
Fill out details of the job you did. Type of job can be Task or Time. A translation job, for example, would be a Task, that will be invoiced based on number of translated words. Add price per word under Price, and number of words under Quantity (Qty.).
You can also add more invoice lines, if for example you have done an interpretation job for the same client. This would be job type: Time. You can add start date, start time, end date, and end time. Hourly rate is added under Price, and number of hours under Qty.
You can also add more expenses that you have had in connection with the job(s) you have done.
An expense can for example be a train ticket, if you did on-site interpretation. Remember in this case to add the receipt by clicking Upload receipt.
When everything is ready, click Save and continue.
You will see the draft of the invoice, and you can go over all the invoice lines to make sure everything is correct. When it's all ready, click Send invoice for review.
